We had a wonderful stay at a spacious, clean, and modern flat. the location was very convenient, with two underground stations nearby and plenty of shops, bars, and places to eat. Ramona, our host, was incredibly helpful and kept in touch to ensure everything was going well. the apartment was well-equipped, making it perfect for traveling with kids. We especially appreciated being allowed a late check-out. We look forward to coming back to this bright and comfortable apartment. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😍.

Stayed in a 1-bedroom apartment instead of a duplex with 2 bedrooms.but hey, it's great! The tenant is wonderful, so accommodating for my two families, who were definitely not uncomfortable. 😉
Oh, and let's not forget the joy of negotiating with the owner who changed my apartment twice, showed up late for check-in , and didn't even check out with us. So trustworthy!

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was spacious, comfortable, and filled with natural light. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the Hammersmith station and plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even allowed us to store our luggage and arranged for a new hairdryer when ours broke. The Japanese restaurant across the street, Eat at Tokyo, was also a delightful culinary experience.
As for the morning meal, it would have been even better with a wider variety of options.

There was a lack of clear communication about additional charges that caught some guests off guard upon arrival.

I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The decoration was tasteful and elegant, creating a pleasant and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate and feel comfortable during my stay. Additionally, the hotel was perfectly accessible for senior people like me, with wide hallways and elevators, making it convenient to move around without any difficulties. I appreciate the thoughtfulness put into ensuring a comfortable stay for guests of all ages.
If I could suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more attentive staff at the hotel. While the children working there were polite, I would have appreciated a bit more assistance and attention, especially when it came to helping with luggage or providing recommendations for nearby attractions.
